Our client, a full-service and leading defense litigation law firm established in 1978, is seeking a Senior Transportation Attorney for their Costa Mesa office. The role involves working as part of a national services team dedicated to a premier international logistics and transportation client, handling all aspects of transportation and general liability litigation as well as related legal counseling. This position is ideal for attorneys with over 10 years of personal injury defense litigation experience, specifically in transportation and logistics. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in California. The role demands superior analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and experience in deposition, law, and motion. The selected candidate will independently manage a litigation caseload, work closely with partners across the country, and regularly handle court appearances and depositions.
