The ideal candidate will have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Texas, and possess at least 8 years of defense litigation experience, specifically with transportation litigation including Motor Vehicle Accidents. The role involves managing a litigation caseload independently, working cases from beginning to end, making regular court appearances, handling depositions, and maintaining client communication.
