Our client is seeking an Associate to join its Estate Planning & Trusts practice in Boca Raton, Florida. This role offers the chance to join an established team at an AmLaw 100 firm, providing a wide array of legal services to clients with business interests and investments throughout Florida and beyond. The Boca Raton office focuses on complex commercial real estate, estate planning, corporate, and health care, offering the resources of a large firm with local community efficiencies. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of corporate/transactional experience, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, an L.L.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning, and membership in the Florida bar.
