Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Trust and Estates Litigation Group in Denver. The role involves fiduciary advising, estate and trust litigation, and family law matters. Ideal candidates will have excellent oral advocacy, legal research, and writing skills, along with a strong academic background and experience in estate planning, federal estate and gift tax, and litigation related to trusts and estates.
