Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Estates & Trusts Practice Group. The role is open to candidates in Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, Tallahassee, or Tampa. The successful candidate will provide a full range of sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management advice to individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations. Key responsibilities include drafting complex estate plan and business succession planning documents, counseling clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping tax planning, and assisting with probate proceedings. The ideal candidate must hold a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Current judicial clerks need to apply directly and may not be submitted by a legal recruiter.
