Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate with 3-7 years of experience to join their Estates & Trusts Practice Group. The successful candidate will provide a full range of sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management advice to individuals, businesses, and charitable organizations. The role requires sophisticated estate plan drafting, estate and trust administration, estate and gift tax planning, and business succession planning experience. The candidate must have a J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
