Description
Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a highly experienced senior associate to join their esteemed Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing client relationships and planning and drafting for clients with taxable estates. Expertise in transferring multi-generational wealth through GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs, IDGTs, and other complex estate planning instruments is required, along with experience in post-mortem administration and tax return preparation or review of Forms 706, 709, and 1041. Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative abilities, and a commitment to high-quality client service are essential. Florida bar admission is mandatory.
