Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience in trusts and estates to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in complex estate planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate settlement, and transfer tax return preparation. Experience in international estate planning is a plus. A Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in The Florida Bar are required, along with an LL.M. in Taxation. While the Orlando office is preferred, this position is open to candidates in any Florida office location.
