Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Partner or Of Counsel for their esteemed Trust, Estate & Wealth Preservation group in Naples, Florida, to support succession planning and growth. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience in managing client relationships and planning for clients with taxable estates, including the use of GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs, IDGTs, and other complex estate planning instruments. Responsibilities also include post-mortem administration and the preparation or review of tax returns (Forms 706, 709, and 1041). A minimum portable practice of approximately $250,000 and strong business development skills are preferred. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate effectively, and a commitment to providing high-quality client services. Florida bar admission is required.
