Description
Our client, a well-established firm in Los Angeles, is seeking an Associate with 2-3 years of litigation experience to join their Trusts & Estates Litigation Department. The ideal candidate would have experience in high-net worth trust, probate, and conservatorship litigation, although individuals with solid general litigation experience looking to specialize in T&E are also welcome to apply. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong writing, drafting, and analytical skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail. Organizational abilities, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to independently manage multiple projects are also key to this role. Candidates are required to have superior academic credentials and be admitted to the CA bar. Experience within a large or mid-size law firm is preferred.
