Our client, a renowned legal firm, is seeking a highly skilled attorney with a minimum of five years of experience in trusts and estates. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience assisting high net worth clients in areas such as estate and gift tax planning, wills and trusts, business structuring and succession planning, asset preservation planning, family office structuring and counseling, charitable planning, domestic and international tax planning, and probate and trust administration. The candidate should also have experience working directly with clients in complex planning or administration needs or high-value disputes. A deep understanding of the tax code, trust and estates laws, and client relations is essential. A Florida license in good standing is required, and candidates willing to relocate will be considered.
