Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Chicago, is seeking an associate to join their Trusts & Estates practice group. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in estate planning and be comfortable handling a wide range of Trusts & Estates transactions. Direct interaction with clients and opposing counsel is a significant part of the role. Candidates must possess excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials, preferably with a background or classes in estate and gift taxation. Admission to the Illinois bar is a requirement.
