Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 3 to 6 years of experience in trusts and estates. The role involves complex estate planning, asset protection planning, trust and estate settlement, and taxation. Candidates with international estate planning experience will have an advantage. An LL.M. in Estate Planning or Taxation is essential. While the preferred location is in Orlando, candidates have the flexibility to be based in any of the client's Florida offices. Applicants must hold a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
