Description
Our client is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate to join their Corporate & Securities Practice Group, with a strong preference for candidates based in Charlotte, North Carolina, though applications from South Carolina will also be considered. The role involves supporting a sophisticated practice serving ultra-high net worth clients, with responsibilities including drafting estate planning documents, probate forms, irrevocable trusts, investment partnerships (LLCs), and advanced transfer strategies. Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and be licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina. An LLM in estate planning or tax is preferred.
