Description
Our client is seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate with 3-5 years of law firm experience to join their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have a background in estate planning, tax, or other transactional practices, with expertise in high-net-worth estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and drafting wills and trust agreements. Candidates must possess excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, high organization, and strong verbal and interpersonal skills. Superior academic credentials and admission to the CA bar are required, with large or mid-size law firm experience preferred. A Tax LLM is a strong plus but not mandatory.
