Our client is seeking an experienced Attorney for their growing Tax Planning & Controversies practice group in Madison, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a JD from a law school, with an LL.M. in Taxation preferred, and must be admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. A minimum of 8 years of experience in tax law and estate planning is required, along with strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws, and excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Responsibilities include client relations, drafting legal documents related to trusts and estates, managing estate and business succession plans, and advocating tax positions.
