Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a mid-level Debt Finance associate to join their Venture & Growth group. This opportunity is open to any of their US offices. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience handling upmarket bilateral, syndicated, and sponsor-backed deals for banks and private credit funds. A strong academic background from nationally recognized schools is required, and candidates must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which they are applying.
