Our client is seeking a mid-level Venture & Growth Associate to join their finance department in any of their US offices. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters, with a preference for those who have represented banks or private credit funds in loans to technology, life sciences, or middle market companies. Candidates must hold a JD and be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Essential skills include strong analytical and writing abilities, attention to detail, good business judgment, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The role requires the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, with a focus on producing timely, accurate, and high-quality work.
