Description
Our client, a rapidly expanding legal office in Denver, is seeking an associate or of counsel to join their Wage and Hour Litigation team. This role is ideal for attorneys with 4+ years of experience, particularly those skilled in litigating wage and hour class and/or collective action claims under the Colorado Wage Act and Fair Labor Standards Act. Candidates should have a strong background in interpreting regulations from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment and the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division. Proficiency in drafting and responding to pleadings, discovery, and motions, as well as experience in depositions, is essential. Applicants must possess excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
