Description

Our client is seeking a highly qualified 5th or 6th year associate to join their dynamic White Collar group based in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate should have experience with securities litigation and investigations, SEC enforcements, and government investigations. Additional experience with fraud, corruption, trade sanctions, and export controls is a plus. The team advises on regulatory defense matters before the U.S. Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission, representing companies and individuals in fraud investigations, securities and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters. The role involves a vibrant investigations and federal and state trial practice. Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comparable law firm experience. Law Review and federal clerkship are preferred. Candidates must be barred in Washington, D.C., and those also barred in Florida will be prioritized.
