Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in international trade regulatory, compliance, and enforcement for their White Collar Litigation + Government Investigations practice group. This position is office agnostic. The ideal candidate should have experience with the Committee on Foreign Investments (CFIUS), United States export controls, and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). General knowledge of the Defense Priorities & Allocation System (DPAS) is preferred. Candidates must be admitted and actively barred in the state in which they reside.
