Our client is seeking a mid to senior level Attorney with over 6 years of experience to join their Litigation Business Unit in Washington, D.C. Candidates must be licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and eligible to waive into the D.C. bar without examination. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and litigation related to the SEC, FINRA, and the PCAOB. Essential skills include trial/arbitration preparation, courtroom experience, motion practice, deposition, mediation, exceptional advocacy, research, writing, negotiation skills, strong academic credentials, attention to detail, organization, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
