Description
Our client, a full-service law firm ranked among the top 100 nationwide, is seeking an attorney to join its Workers’ Compensation Practice in their Sacramento office. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 7 years of experience in defending Workers’ Compensation claims and should be adept at appearing before various Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board venues across California. While experience with the Workers’ Compensation Disability Rating Scale is preferred, it is not mandatory. Admission to the California Bar is essential. The role involves representing third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and employers in defense against claims from employees, encompassing a wide range of cases from common injuries to complex conditions like fibromyalgia and asbestos claims.
