Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an attorney to join its Workers’ Compensation Practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation litigation, including taking depositions and appearing before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB). Admission to the North Carolina Bar is required. The role involves defending third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and employers against employee claims, with experience in handling cases involving fibromyalgia, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, psych and stress claims, asbestos claims, and common orthopedic, psych, and internal injury claims.
