Description
Our client is seeking experienced attorneys to join their renowned Antitrust practice, known for handling high-profile antitrust merger investigations across competitive sectors such as technology, life sciences, medical, energy, financial services, transportation, and consumer products. Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of experience, particularly in mergers, and be adept in both substantive and process aspects of Second Request compliance, including leading teams of associates and contract attorneys. Preferred candidates will have experience in the tech and life sciences sectors, possess superior academic credentials, and demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. The role is based in New York or Washington DC, with a hybrid work schedule requiring office presence at least three days a week.
