Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their asset finance and securitization group in Chicago. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in representing corporate clients or financial institutions in securitization transactions, with preferred experience in secured lending, capital markets, or securitization transactions. The role requires excellent teamwork skills and the ability to handle a diverse range of securitization and structured finance transactions while interacting directly with clients and opposing counsel.
