Our client, a prominent real estate group based in Los Angeles, is seeking a junior associate (class of 2023) to engage in a diverse array of sophisticated real estate transactions. This role involves working on real estate M&A, private equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, loan financings, joint ventures, co-investments, sales/leasebacks, leasing, recapitalizations, restructurings, fund formation, and development projects. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to represent a wide range of global clients including developers, lenders, investment banks, pension funds, REITs, private equity funds, investors, and major corporations.
