Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel associate to join their litigation practice in a dynamic San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in litigation, with the ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution. Key responsibilities include managing complex litigation matters, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, developing case strategies, conducting depositions and witness interviews, and preparing and arguing motions before state and federal courts. The candidate should possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, be admitted to the state bar, and have strong litigation skills, including excellent written and verbal communication.
