Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel associate to join their litigation practice in a dynamic Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in litigation, with a strong ability to manage cases independently from inception to resolution. Experience with trademark, copyright, and/or trade secret litigation is preferred, as the role involves supporting non-patent IP matters. Key responsibilities include managing complex litigation cases, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, developing case strategies, conducting depositions and discovery, and preparing and arguing motions in court. The candidate must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, be admitted to the state bar, and possess strong litigation skills.
