Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an attorney to join its Consumer Warranty Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in California and possess 2-10 years of experience defending consumer litigation claims. Required expertise includes federal laws such as the Song-Beverly Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, state lemon laws, Uniform Commercial Codes, and consumer sales practices acts. The role involves drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Strong writing and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, are essential. The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team.
