Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4-6 years of experience in complex corporate and transactional matters to join their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public company M&A, private company finance and capital markets transactions, corporate governance counseling, and securities, with experience in ‘33 and ‘34 Act work being a plus. High academic achievement, law firm experience, and strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be licensed to practice in California.
