Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 3-5 years of experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate matters to join their Global Corporate practice group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have hands-on drafting and negotiating experience for complex transactions, serve as a key member of deal teams for middle market transactions, and possess the ability to manage key aspects of transactions while overseeing other associates and subject matter experts.
