Description
Our client seeks a dedicated transactional attorney to join their Family Office and Private Investment Practice Group. The successful candidate will collaborate with attorneys across various disciplines to advise family offices on structuring management entities, designing incentive compensation and co-investment plans, and forming third-party capital investment vehicles. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in private funds and/or corporate transactions, including M&A, growth equity, and partnership/corporate structuring.
