Description
Our client is looking for a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm experience to join their finance practice group. The successful candidate will be part of a market-leading finance group, focusing on asset-based lending, tech lending, acquisition, leverage financings, and venture lending. The ideal candidate must have significant transactional finance experience, excellent academic credentials, strong organization, writing, and analytical skills, and be a member of the Texas bar.
