Description
Our client, a global top 50 full-service law firm with over 1,100 attorneys across 16 offices worldwide, is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team in San Francisco. The firm's San Francisco office currently has over 100 attorneys who practice in a variety of areas including Business Litigation, Corporate Transactions, Finance, Real Estate, Entertainment, Intellectual Property, and more. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in structured finance transactions including securitization and other capital markets transactions. Knowledge about commercial law matters, drafting complex commercial contracts, and managing financial transactions is required.
