Description
Our client is seeking mid-senior level associates with experience in sponsor or lender side finance. The ideal candidate will have a background representing lenders (such as investment and commercial banks, business development companies, or other debt financing providers) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in complex financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations, and other corporate finance transactions.
