Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an Income Tax Associate with three or more years of experience at a top-tier law firm. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working on corporate and partnership M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating tax provisions in transaction documents, and resolving tax issues under Sub C of the Code. Experience in the formation of joint ventures, drafting and negotiating partnership and LLC agreements, resolving tax issues under Sub K of the Code, and experience in the private equity space is also desirable. This position can be based in Dallas, Houston, San Francisco, or Washington.
