Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Counsel Attorney to join its leading Insurance and Health Care Fraud Litigation group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have 2-to-6 years of complex litigation experience, though there is flexibility regarding the exact number of years. The role involves contributing to a growing practice focused on health care fraud investigations and litigation. While prior experience in health care issues is not required, litigation experience is essential. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting legal pleadings, assisting in investigations, discovery responses, document production and review, and potentially participating in court hearings and depositions, depending on experience.
