The role involves working with a team of seasoned attorneys on insurance coverage litigation matters across the U.S., including both domestic and foreign insurers. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Illinois, and possess at least 5 years of coverage litigation experience. Key responsibilities include drafting coverage opinion letters, pleadings, motions, managing discovery processes, and providing insurance coverage advice to clients.
