Description
Our client, a prominent full-service defense litigation law firm with a national presence, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage/Coverage Litigation Associate Attorney for their Los Angeles office. This role offers a dynamic work environment where the selected candidate will join a collaborative team of seasoned attorneys handling insurance coverage and litigation matters across the U.S. for both domestic and foreign insurers. The ideal candidate should hold a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and have at least one year of experience in insurance coverage, including drafting coverage opinions across various lines such as CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, and intellectual property. Responsibilities include investigating claims, drafting coverage opinion letters, managing coverage litigation matters, and providing clients with robust insurance coverage advice.
