Description
Our client has an exciting associate attorney opportunity in the area of traditional labor law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in California traditional labor and employment law, including work on arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges. A general understanding of federal and state employment laws is required, and experience with employment litigation and agency charges is helpful but not mandatory. Prior NLRB experience is a plus. This role is perfect for a confident, self-motivated attorney looking to grow professionally within a nationally recognized labor and employment practice. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, writing skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, and must be active members of the California bar.
