Description
Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated associate with 2-4 years of labor & employment litigation experience to join their Labor & Employment Practice Group in either their Los Angeles or Houston office. The ideal candidate will have experience in wage and hour class action litigation, single plaintiff employment litigation, and expedited relief proceedings such as temporary restraining orders and temporary injunctions. Applicants should possess strong legal writing skills and be experienced in discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation in both state and federal courts. Participation in settlement conferences and negotiations is also preferred. Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Top academic credentials are required, and candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member of the Bar in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are admitted to practice.
