Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Labor & Employment team in either their Los Angeles or San Francisco office. The firm is renowned for its expertise in employment law, providing comprehensive counseling and representation in areas such as EEO, wage and hour litigation, employee benefits, executive compensation, and international employment law. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of significant litigation experience, including brief writing, managing discovery, and ideally court appearances and deposition experience. Experience in wage and hour and/or employment class action/PAGA matters is highly desirable. Candidates should also have employment counseling experience on the management side, possess strong research and writing skills, and be capable of handling multiple matters simultaneously. Applicants must hold a JD degree, have strong academic credentials, and be admitted or seeking admission to the California bar.
