Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate for their San Diego office. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team that handles all aspects of litigation, providing counsel to national and international clients in consumer protection and products liability. The successful candidate will have at least four years of experience in class actions and complex litigation matters, including products liability in a mid-size or large law firm setting. Responsibilities include drafting and arguing discovery and other motions, managing document productions, and taking the lead in case management. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and admission to and good standing with the California Bar are required.
