Description
Our client, a full-service law firm recognized in the AmLaw 100, is seeking an asbestos attorney for their San Francisco office to join their Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice. The ideal candidate should be admitted to the California bar and possess one to seven years of experience in asbestos litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. The firm has a robust history of defending asbestos litigation cases and represents a diverse array of clients such as manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and property owners, often serving as National Counsel. While prior experience in asbestos and toxic tort law is preferred, our client is also keen on nurturing talented attorneys with strong litigation skills in other areas.
