Description
Our client, a prominent Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its expanding litigation team in Chicago. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of litigation services, including commercial litigation, product liability, securities, trade secret, and bankruptcy matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in general commercial litigation and complex litigation matters, with a preference for those with insurance litigation experience. Candidates should be skilled in drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, managing document productions, and possess strong oral and written advocacy skills.
