Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration, along with excellent academic credentials and strong writing, research, analytical, and verbal communication skills. The role involves working on commercial litigation matters for the firm’s Managed Care Practice, representing leading managed care companies across the United States in various high-stakes matters, including litigation, class actions, compliance, regulatory work, false claims act cases, government programs, and governmental investigations.
