LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2257)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Litigation group in New York. The ideal candidate will have a JD from 2018 to 2020, with strong litigation experience across various practices, and must be admitted to the New York Bar. Law firm experience is required, and a federal court clerkship is a plus. Additional experience with investigations, government enforcement actions, FCPA, and FCA is advantageous. Candidates should possess strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, and excellent organizational abilities. The role demands effective communication, both verbal and written, with clients, lawyers, and business professionals, along with the ability to produce timely and accurate work.
