Description
Our client is seeking an NDA Attorney to join their M&A Private Equity team in either NY or DC. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of M&A experience and strong interpersonal skills, as this is a client-facing role with frequent direct client contact. The position is off-track with the flexibility to work remotely.
