Our client is seeking a mid-level Employment and Labor Group Associate Attorney for their San Francisco, CA office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, particularly in wage and hour class actions, employment law compliance, and litigation involving trade secrets, employee mobility, wrongful termination, employment discrimination, harassment, and whistleblower cases. Responsibilities include preparing and negotiating employment agreements, conducting due diligence, and drafting employment-related aspects of corporate M&A transactions. Strong research, analytical, and writing skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and provide responsive client counseling. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, leadership abilities, and California Bar Admission are required.
